2. Image Privacy & Visibility: Photos in this gallery were taken in public or quasi-public event spaces. By entering this gallery, you acknowledge that thumbnails are visible to other event attendees looking for their own photos.

3. Your Privacy Rights: You retain the right to control your likeness. If you do not want your image hosted in this public-facing directory, you may opt-out at any time by emailing Mario@fitermansports.com. Your photo will be immediately scrubbed from the public index.

4. Removal and Non-Fulfillment: Please note that Fiterman Sports reserves the right to decline any transaction and remove an image from our database completely at our discretion, which will result in the photo being permanently unavailable for purchase or download.
