Terms of Service

1. Purpose of Public Gallery: This gallery is a digital fulfillment platform used exclusively to deliver photo-op files to attendees. Because these images were captured in public view at an organized event, photos are hosted in a searchable public index to allow individual buyers to locate and purchase their specific digital copies.

2. Commercial Limitation: The public hosting of these photos is strictly for customer delivery utility. Fiterman Sports does not use these client images for external commercial advertisements or third-party marketing without separate, explicit written consent.

3. Privacy Takedown Policy: We deeply respect your personal privacy. If you are an attendee and wish to have your specific photo removed from public view or placed into a private, password-protected folder, please contact us immediately at Mario@fitermansports.com with your image filename or a description, and we will restrict or delete the image within 24 hours.

4. Right to Refuse Sale: Fiterman Sports reserves the absolute right to decline the sale of a digital copy to any individual. If a sale is declined, or if a dispute arises regarding a specific image, we reserve the right to permanently remove and delete that photo from the gallery entirely without fulfilling a digital download.
